Cancellation Policy

12-Hour Notice: A 12-hour notice is required for all cancellations.

Late Cancellations: If you cancel after the 12 hour mark, a 20% fee of the scheduled service will be charged.

Package Services: If your appointment is part of a package, the cancellation fee will come from the retail price of the service booked.

Rebooking: This fee must be paid before rebooking any canceled appointments.

No-Show Policy

What is a No-Show?: If you do not arrive within the late-show time frame, you will be marked as a no-show.

No-Show Fee: A one-time fee of 50% of the scheduled service will be applied to your account.

Package Services: If your appointment is part of a package, the fee will be based on the retail price of the service booked.

Rebooking: To reschedule a no-show appointment, the fee must be paid prior to rebooking.

After 3 No-Shows: We will unfortunately no longer be able to rebook your appointments.

Late-Show Policy

Late Arrivals (1 Hour Appointment): If you are 15 minutes or more late to a 1-hour appointment, the appointment will be canceled, and a 20% cancellation fee will apply.

Late Arrivals (30-45 Min Appointment): If you are 5 minutes or more late to a 30-45 minute appointment, it will be canceled.

Strict No-Late Policy: For appointments less than 30 minutes, we have a strict no-late policy. Any lateness will result in a canceled appointment.

To avoid no-show, cancellation, or late-show fees, we recommend arriving 10 minutes early to your appointment.

Refund Policy

No Refunds: We do not offer refunds on services or packages purchased.

Alternative Options: We offer the option to trade services of equal value, apply credit toward other services, or transfer the service to a friend.
